  • UW Extension has opened registration for its online 2026 Master Gardener training for residents starting Jan. 14 via Zoom on Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. The 16-session course costs $200, offers 48 hours of instruction plus a handbook, and provides a certificate upon completion (registration ends Jan. 14).  Oil City News

  • The City of Casper completed a multi-year road improvement on Monday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the corner of Poplar Street and Midwest Avenue.
