- ➤ The Casper City Council approved a $58,000 safety upgrade at the Casper Ice Arena yesterday by awarding a contract with All American Ice LLC to install acrylic shielding (replacing 54 pieces of tempered glass) to reduce impact risks. The work must be completed by May 1. Oil City News

- ➤ Doctors report that measles has resurfaced in Wyoming with 15 confirmed cases across counties as of Dec. 22 and warn that low vaccination rates may trigger more outbreaks; international health officials will meet in April to assess the nation’s measles-free status. 104.7 KISS FM
