- ➤ HD Outdoors will hold a remote auction on Thursday, Feb. 19 with registration starting at 1:00 pm and bidding from 2:00 to 3:00 pm (MST) to sell a coveted Commissioner's Hunting License and raise funds for veterans' outdoor programs. 104.7 KISS FM
- ➤ Casper had a busy Friday that featured an intermediate sewing class, a family game night at Boys + Girls Clubs, a punk rock emo burlesque show, and a prom for special needs. Today, Backwards hosts The Cherub Club from 3 to 10 p.m. for community connection. Oil City News

- ➤ Casper College is set to launch a hybrid nursing program this fall with eight available spots for students juggling work, family, and studies. Prospective students must apply by Sunday, March 1 to join the program that blends online learning with in-person clinical experience. The Cowboy
- ➤ Casper College has opened its annual SparkTank competition for local 501c3 nonprofits to vie for a share of $40,000. Applicants must submit a community service project proposal and a video pitch no longer than four minutes by Friday, Feb. 27. Oil City News

- ➤ Wyoming Game and Fish Department is hosting public meetings on hunting season proposals for 2026. In Casper, a meeting is scheduled on March 19 at 6 p.m. at the WGFD Regional Office (3030 Energy Lane) while other regions have similar sessions. K2 Radio
- ➤ Yesterday, the House Minerals Committee shot down House Bill 121, a proposal to tax hydrogen production, after industry leaders warned it would chill investment+economic growth in a state still exploring hydrogen initiatives. - ➤ The 32nd Annual Wyoming AMOW State Dart Tournament began at Best Western Downtown in Casper on Thursday, Feb. 12 when over 850 competitors took part across more than 100 boards (the event will end with a junior tournament Sunday). Oil City News
- ➤ Indoor track events took place on Feb. 12 in Evanston and Feb. 13 in Utah, and Casper’s Mustang Invite plus Gillette’s Bronc Invitational are underway today at the NCHS MAC and Campbell County Recreation Center — local teams compete and await updated results. K2 Radio
