- ➤ On April 9, the Wyoming Department of Transportation reported dry and clear conditions in Casper with interstate roads clear but a road closure at the Summit Rest Area on I80—near Laramie at milepost 323. The National Weather Service reported a mild, windy day with elevated fire weather as Casper reached a high around 61°F and a low near 33°F, and a cold front is expected to bring showers and cooler temperatures for the weekend.
