The Natrona County weekly arrest log released in Casper covers April 4th—11th and lists multiple arrests with charges ranging from public intoxication to domestic battery and various warrants; it does not include juvenile cases, sexual charge suspects or those released before formal processing, and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

University of Wyoming Extension released a study that says if Wyoming shoppers spend 5% of their grocery money on local foods, local production could boost state GDP by $36.3 million.

The study found that local food systems already add $24.4 million to GDP and noted increased sales (24 percent for retailers and 35 percent for consumers) along with challenges such as high transportation costs and limited cold storage, suggesting new public and private partnerships may help strengthen the local food economy.
