- ➤ The Casper Recreation Center will host the annual Spring Craft Festival on Saturday, May 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 1801 E. 4th Street—local artisans will offer handmade pottery, jewelry, paintings, soaps, and baked treats while families can use a supervised Kids’ Play Area for $3 per child per hour. - ➤ The Natrona County Board of Commissioners is seeking residents to serve on citizen boards starting July 1 — vacancies include the Planning and Development Board of Appeals requiring licensed plumbers, the Travel and Tourism Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission for unincorporated residents, the Library Board, the Historic Preservation Commission, the Health Department Board requiring a physician and the Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees — to advise commissioners on community issues.
