- ➤ Casper's Young Eagles Rally offers free airplane rides for kids ages 8-17 on Saturday, June 13 (weather permitting) at Casper Natrona County International Airport. Pre-registration begins May 13 and waivers must be signed in person. K2 Radio

- ➤ Powder River Rodeo is hosting a free, no-entry rodeo at Snake River Ranch in Wilson starting at 2:30 p.m. on June 5 with shows on June 9, June 16 and July 19; participants 18 and older may text John their details to join events like bareback riding + barrel racing. Jack FM

- ➤ State lawmakers voiced concerns yesterday over a $3B pumped storage project at Seminoe Reservoir as local officials + environmental groups questioned the developer rPlus Hydro, citing risks to the North Platte River and nearby wildlife while improvements to local job opportunities were also discussed. - ➤ The City of Casper said 15th & Wolcott streets will be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5 for traffic signal repair work; detours are in place for motorists and local businesses can still access the area. Oil City News

- ➤ As camping season begins, local residents are reminded to check fire guidelines and use only established fire pits. The advice instructs clearing a (10 ft) area and fully extinguishing fires to prevent accidental wildfires. K2 Radio

- ➤ Two KWHS (Kelly Walsh High School) track athletes, Parker Giese and Jaidyn Jones, signed with separate colleges on Tuesday, May 26.
