- ➤ A wildfire burned 18 acres southwest of Hells Half Acre on Monday, June 1, about 45 miles west of Casper. Officials confirmed no structures were at risk and noted the blaze was first reported around 11 a.m. on federal BLM land (according to the National Interagency Fire Center). Oil City News

- ➤ Casper Police Department is returning to a traditional black and white vehicle design this week to boost fleet cohesion and visibility. The department partnered with local vendors (Greiner Ford, Communication Technologies Inc., and Shirts and More Inc.) to update about 10% of its fleet. Oil City News
- ➤ Drivers faced detours at the 15th and Wolcott intersection (6 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 1–5) for traffic signal repairs, and reconstruction on Poplar Street between Collins and CY, which began on June 1, is a two-year upgrade to roads and utilities funded by the Natrona tax. 104.7 KISS FM
