Good morning, Casper.

Casper Pride Fest celebrated its 11th annual event at David Street Station on Saturday and drew hundreds with over 60 vendors, four bands, multiple food trucks, and a new Food Bank mobile; the community gathered to enjoy live entertainment and support local pride.

Four candidates (Kevin Christopherson, Michael Stedillie, Eric Nelson and Taylor Rosty) announced they are running for the Natrona County School District Board of Trustees on a coordinated strategy for four seats.

The University rodeo teams have 16 College National Finals qualifiers who will compete at Casper’s Ford Wyoming Center today through Saturday, June 20.

Coach Seth Glause said the balanced teams include multiple event champions + athletes competing in all rodeo events.

Casper radiologist Dr. Joe McGinley competed in his eighth Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon last week, setting a personal best in the 1.5-mile swim from a boat launch off Alcatraz Island to Marina Green Beach + he detected whales and navigated fast currents on the course.
