Hundreds gathered in Casper on Saturday for a peaceful protest organized by the Casper Unity and Solidarity Project – the group collected hygiene products and helped people register to vote.

Dr. Chronic's Concentrates and Vapes celebrated the grand opening of its new Casper store at 840 CY Ave last Saturday—it marked the business's return to Casper after relocating years ago.

The event featured music by DJ Nyke, drinks, a food truck, and tattooing while the shop highlighted its 24/7 delivery service that sets it apart from other local vape stores.

Hundreds of people braved the heat at David Street Station today for Casper Pride Fest—enjoying live music, vendor booths, and community activities.

Later today, Pride Teen Night at Artisan Alley from 6 to 8 p.m. and the Pride March at ART 321 starting at 11:30 a.m. will continue the celebrations—adding more events to the day.

Inda Eaton returned to Casper to perform at Casper Pride Fest on Saturday, June 14th.

Casper will cut mowing and maintenance in many parks this summer because of a 25% property tax break passed earlier this year.

The city will mow less, cut irrigation, and reduce labor — officials say this change may raise future restoration costs — as it works to save money.

Casper city council members met to discuss potential rules for a law that would allow concealed carry in most public buildings— the council is reviewing how the proposed law could be implemented.

Representatives from Radiant held a town hall in Bar Nunn last Saturday and faced angry calls to go home as local residents questioned plans for a nuclear microreactor facility to be built about 1 mile north of town—community members expressed concerns about environmental impacts and job prospects while officials noted that Wyoming law must change before the project can begin in 2028.
