- ➤ The third annual Wyoming Firearms and Outdoor Recreation Expo will be held on July 19 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at David Street Station in downtown Casper; the free event, hosted by the Wyoming Office of Outdoor Recreation and David Street Station, will feature local exhibitors, food trucks, live music by Joey Patterson, and a legislative panel (11 to 11:45 a.m.) to discuss outdoor recreation. - ➤ A 26-year-old Casper woman is accused of shooting at a pregnant woman involved with a friend's husband outside an apartment complex at 10:23 a.m. on May 29—she now faces five charges including two counts of aggravated assault and battery, two counts of reckless endangering, and a battery charge. - ➤ Bluegrass and country singer-songwriter Zach Top will perform at the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper on November 1 — he will be joined by guest Jake Worthington. Tickets go on sale on June 27 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com and the Sinclair Box Office. The Cowboy

- ➤ On June 5, Wyoming’s top officials clashed at a state board meeting over a disputed gravel mine project at the base of Casper Mountain. Governor Mark Gordon and Secretary of State Chuck Gray exchanged heated remarks about mining and wind proposals & their feud has lengthened board deliberations on other state issues. Oil City News

- ➤ The CAMBYR mountain biking team from Casper will host a fundraising barbecue on June 26 to raise money for race and travel costs as they begin their 15th season. The event is open to any high school student with a mountain bike—offering a chance for local youth to get involved. Jack FM
