- ➤ Governor Mark Gordon visited DISA Technologies in Mills yesterday to review a new mineral recovery process that uses high-pressure slurry ablation and $8.52 million in Energy Matching Funds to create $7.3 million in local work—supporting high-skill jobs. The visit showed DISA, founded in 2018, is installing commercial units at various mills and may change how essential minerals are sourced across the country. K2 Radio

- ➤ Natrona County Fire District’s Brush 72 truck returned safely from a mission in California—its crew was given about a week to refresh—and two firefighters are now headed for new assignments, one with Casper Fire-EMS to California and one with a Colorado team to help fight the Lee Fire now burning around 120,000 acres. - ➤ Cheyenne-Laramie County Public Health announced a recall on 8-Ounce Clover Valley Instant Coffee sold at Dollar General from July 9 to 21 after tests showed glass shards might be in lot L-5163, L-5164, and L-5165—customers who bought the recalled coffee must discard it and contact Dollar General.
