- ➤ Renowned trial lawyer Gerry Spence, a Wyoming native known for never losing a criminal trial, died at 96 at his home in Montecito, California as confirmed by the Associated Press. - ➤ Earlier this week, Wyoming legislators in Casper discussed a bill that would force libraries to remove young adult sections and risk $50,000 fines for noncompliance—librarians and educators warned the measure could lead to local library closures.
