- ➤ On Monday, August 25, defendants appeared in Natrona County Circuit Court in Casper, with Judge Kevin Taheri presiding and Assistant District Attorney Patrick LeBrun presenting charges for crimes ranging from burglary and theft to DUI and drug offenses—defendants remain presumed innocent until proven guilty. - ➤ Zachary Ley, a fifth-grade teacher at Pineview Elementary, was named Natrona County School District 1 Teacher of the Year at the Board of Trustees meeting on Monday—he will serve as the district’s nominee for Wyoming Teacher of the Year. Oil City News
- ➤ The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming announced six finalists for its Youth of the Year competition, where teens must be at least 14 and active members.
