- ➤ The Wyoming Pop Culture Con will return to Eastridge Mall in Casper on October 4th and 5th with free admission and a range of events—food trucks, cosplayers, comic artists, actors, and vendors are set to entertain fans of all ages. Event coordinator Karla Sims said the three-year convention will offer a weekend full of comics, gaming, and television guests for local pop culture enthusiasts. The Cowboy
- ➤ A Home for Steamboat—written by author Casey Rislov and illustrator Zachary Pullen—has been named Wyoming's 2025 Great Reads from Great Places Youth Selection. - ➤ EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin signed a letter at the Wyoming Capitol on Aug. 28 recommending that Wyoming take charge of its coal ash and other byproducts—this change will cut federal red tape and allow local experts to manage these materials.
