- ➤ Wyoming law enforcement is investigating a new extortion scheme in which residents receive menacing letters that allege illegal online activity and demand payment within 36 hours—reports have come in from Natrona County and other areas as officials urge people not to open the letters. Jack FM
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The City of Casper will apply for a $1M grant from the State Land and Investment Board for water main replacement work on Poplar Street, 29th Street, Yellowstone Highway and Jim Bridger Drive. The project is needed after 29 water main breaks — the city's current funds of $1,597,500 are not enough to cover all planned repairs. Oil City News
