Hilltop Bank took its banking system offline after a cybersecurity breach early Wednesday, disabling online, mobile and telephone banking.
Customers can still use debit cards at ATMs with a $1,000 daily limit plus the bank is set to update status on Facebook and reimburse late fees from auto payments.

At the Dave Johnston plant, two coal-fired units will convert to natural gas while an independent firm plans a 430-megawatt facility north of it; seven gas projects, adding about 8,700 megawatts, aim to power data centers as wind and solar face delays due to supply & cost issues.

On Wednesday, Sept. 9, the Wyoming Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Prism Logistics LLC’s dispute over renewing eight expired mining leases at Casper Mountain.
The dispute follows a Natrona County ruling and a county rule change aimed at stopping local mining operations + environmental concerns.
