- ➤ Casper's Nicolaysen Art Museum will host the world premiere of 'SOUND,' the fourth installment of Oakley Boycott's 'SENSES' series from Oct. 9 to Oct. 11 at the Wyoming Arts Council Biennial Fellowship Exhibition Wyoming Wind. The performance will feature Boycott sitting blindfolded for three uninterrupted days to record local sounds and will end with an artist talk on Oct. 11 at 3 p.m.—moderated by Anne Mason. - ➤ Cowley music teacher Mandie Asay, who taught for nearly 20 years, is in critical condition in a Billings ICU after an allergic reaction to a blood thinner caused a pulmonary embolism—she now struggles with chronic pain and severe complications. - ➤ Data from The Trace show that 252 Wyoming residents over 70 died by gun suicide between 2009 and 2023—an average of 29 per 100k that is the highest in the nation. Gov.
