- ➤ The Trail Busters 4-H Haunted Barn will feature the Platte River Ghost Ship, a spooky display inspired by a local pirate legend, starting this Friday for six nights. Club volunteers built the exhibit in an expanded barn with extra jump scares—event hours are Oct. 24–25 7 to 11 p.m., Oct. 26 6 to 9 p.m., Oct. 31 7 to 11 p.m. and Nov. 1–2 7 to 11 p.m.—with a $10 fee per person at 11747 Highway 220.
