- ➤ Casper’s downtown is lively today as children in costumes trick-or-treat at David Street Station — families join the month-long Halloweenathon that offers music, candy, and parades. - ➤ Community leaders and local volunteers took part in Casper’s annual Dancing with the Stars charity event at Ford Wyoming Center as dancers performed to help raise funds for local families.
