Wyoming Game and Fish is seeking a permanent trust fund to diversify revenue and avoid raising license fees; the Travel, Recreation, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Committee will ready the bill at its Nov.
9-10 meeting in Cheyenne. Advocates seek $500 million that would yield about $20 million a year (4% cap).
🏥 Health
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming says Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage began Nov.
1, and residents can enroll, renew, or change plans through Dec. 15 to have coverage effective Jan. 1; BCBSWY offers local member centers, Wyoming provider network, and 24/7 virtual care.
