- ➤ After the Community Christmas Tree was installed on Tuesday, volunteers and city staff decorated downtown and Old Yellowstone District with lights — ornaments, tinsel, garland and candy canes to brighten the streets for the upcoming Christmas Parade. Casper Community Development Director Liz Becher organized the effort and said the decorations will remain until mid- to late January. Oil City News
- ➤ Susan Anderson, a respected journalist who battled cancer and built a lasting career in Casper after moving from San Francisco in 1980, died last night — celebrated for her fairness and dedication to truthful reporting. - ➤ The Casper Elks Lodge is hosting a free Thanksgiving dinner on November 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 108 E. 7th Street—open to anyone—so community members can join the meal. Wyoming News Now
