- ➤ Today, the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds closed their horse arena, stalls, and pens because of rising health concerns linked to outbreaks in Texas. The fairgrounds will reopen on Monday, November 24 after cleaning+ sanitizing the facilities to protect horses, staff and visitors. 104.7 KISS FM
