The City of Casper announced that Bryan Stock Trail from the McKenzie Dog Park entrance to Metro Road will be reduced to one lane with a traffic control light from Dec.
2 through Dec. 9—this work supports sewer upgrades for a new Metro Animal Shelter built with funds from a sales tax passed by voters in November.
