Downtown at David Street Station, Casper transforms into a winter wonderland with twinkling lights, a large community tree, ice skating, and hot chocolate.

The public rink is open Friday from 5 to 8 p.m., Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 8 p.m. outside Christmas break (private events may apply).
