- ➤ Wyoming home values grew by 5.17% in the past year + adding about $18,000 in equity to reach an average of $366,565 in August. A study by Cinch Home Services noted this rise, though it may challenge first-time buyers in the state. Jack FM
- ➤ Local educators and a retired instructor told commissioners that the skilled labor shortage is driving construction costs up by 5 – 20 percent, as fewer bids come in and welding classes are oversubscribed.
