- ➤ Casper Fire-EMS and Black Hills Energy responded to a report of natural gas odor at west side Walgreens shortly after 7:30 p.m. Friday, and Battalion Chief Todd Mason said a leaking gas appliance on the roof was being addressed — officials expect a swift fix. Oil City News
